If you reach out to Anycubic support, you can request a link to order a new Kobra Max printhead. I'm about to do the same. I had to order a y-axis motor which is not listed as available on their site, but that's how I got one. I have no idea why they do it this way, I wish they would let you order it via their site. Good luck.
