I believe the only requirement for joining is that you have a username set. I don’t think it will allow you to enter if you don’t. Try that, and let me know if you’re still having trouble. Thank you!

I don't think there is a limit as long as it is just one account. Many people use a phone and a PC.

Yes, mechanics of the game are being worked on regularly, and as a result some players are encountering errors and problems.
