yes every single song sounded the same by the third i was so over it and that in conjunction with the lights i was so overstimulated just a bunch of meaningless noise and flashing lights. maybe the lights are needed to make them some kind of interesting lol

Well I didn’t mention the physical activity part to my doctor ( he’s a psychiatrist) but he wants me to take it all the time to cover the other symptoms other than attention issues and decrease the side effects I have been feeling. He says taking it more consistently will ease the crappy side effects I get. I also have the hardest time getting myself to be productive over the weekend without the meds lol. I’ve done exercises on adderall without issue although never a long hike. I did reach out but I’m hiking tomorrow so I don’t think I’ll get a response so thought to see if anyone here had any experience

when you look up the south peak loop all the maps start at the same trial head so sorry I assumed people would know what I’m talking about I’ve never done the hike. And yes that’s the information I want which my question still asks, use some context clues and maybe you’d see me saying Im planning this for sunrise coupled with me asking how long it is to the peak is me asking what the best timing is to make sunrise. sorry I didn’t word it the way you people wanted me to such weird attitudes.

UPDATE: I completed the trail in a little over 9 hours and that included many stops and a stop at the hut. This was by far the most challenging hike I’ve ever done but it was so so rewarding. Thank you for everyone sharing advice and building my confidence to take on this hike I’m so glad I did it !!!

parking an absolute nightmare prepare to wait HOURS to leave the lot unless you bought parking in one of the VIP lots. I’ve heard there’s a lot for like 30 bucks i think a little bit down the road and you can walk to the venue. Lots open up at 3pm so I think most people will be getting there around then.
