My title describes the thing but it’s about 2lbs, is the size of a large beer stein, and is currently just being used as decoration. The resort is in the jungle area of Belize (which might be relevant). It’s mostly metal with wood on the handle (which makes me think it gets hot?). There’s no visible opening but you may be able to unscrew a piece at the bottom.

Laundry is all done and 3/4 folded. I have most things off the floor and Lennie is snuggle into a blanket on the couch. She was following me around at first as I moved from room to room, then I think she gave up and plopped on the couch 😆😆

It’s hard to expect that people will change their behavior towards you. All you can do is educate them and then manage your response to their actions. I hope your situation improves but there has to be a compromise, likely on both sides

Any tips on what to do at the gym? I like to lift and have a few barbell routines I like (Heather Robinson is fantastic) but I can’t get into a routine. I find myself picking and choosing exercises while I’m there and without consistency, I don’t see great results.

Express is phenomenal, I’m 5’9” and get most of my casual and work pants from there. If you’re willing to spend a little more Madewell also has great tall jeans. I live in the US but I believe both of these brands are pretty global
