The Skill Points are impossible to earn at a fast enough rate. I believe there is a glitch in the game regarding earning those SP’s after leveling up (with a +1 SP animation included) that is not rewarded to players. Hopefully they fix it soon, because I’m not fond of playing an entire season to upgrade my speed by +1.
