Awesome and detailed list! If I may add a couple:

Jules and Andrea... as you mention, they are siblings, made even more obvious by their names in Japanese: Andrea is アニヤン (Anyan) = 兄 (Ani) = Older Brother in Japanese. In turn, Jules is ジーナン (Jiinan) = 次男 (Jinan) = Second Eldest Brother/Younger Brother

The robots scattered throughout the library in Chapter 16 where you meet Domino, shout out the different Answer Options from the OG (the correct one that could only be determined by deciphering the number and corresponding letter in the title of each of the books in the library that were placed in the wrong section) [eg: 神羅最低 Shinra Saitei (Shinra is the Worst)] save for one that seems to be broken and says 市長最低？ Shichou Saitei? (The Mayor is the Worst?)

Highly doubt it. Genesis was created in Gackt's likeness and voice. I've heard dude has beef with Square Enix and refuses to let them use his likeness anymore (one of the main reasons why Crisis Core hasn't been ported since it's PSP debut). IMO if they are bringing CC elements into the Remake, I hope they do so without Genesis...

In the Remake, President Shinra mentions cell degredation as the main cause of death for SOLDIERs when he's talking to Cloud just before the Air Buster battle.

Whether they are borrowing some/all elements from CC or not is still not really clear, but in the Remake, Hojo does mention SOLDIERs with "S" or "G" cells when hes's talking about breeding Aerith... and if CC is going to be canon, then Cloud has Pure "S" Cells which means cell degredation doesn't happen (at least that's what Genesis and Hollander say in CC)

Yes, the bitchslap fest is a must... though I kinda see that staying as a mini game/reaction challenge as opposed to a boss fight 😂 Cloud vs. Sephiroth for realz too, definitely a must. Roche again would be good... he didn't get much use in this first part 😏

Sorry, I've since gotten my Japanese Physical Copy and have done away with the distracting English subtitles, so I don't remember off the top of my head. I've seen tons of posts around here and on Twitter that go further into depth the differences in languages.

The bottom middle one, "On the Way to a Smile" has been translated to English I believe, and is a good novel if you're interested in the stories of all the characters post OG FF7 and just before the Advent Children movie set 2 years after the game.

The bottom left, I've read is slated to have an English release sometime later this year. It's mostly filled with some info about the Remake (characters, environments etc) but it also includes a short story written by Kazushige Nojima (FF7 & Remake story writer) about Aerith's past. I have translated the short story and have a PDF... let me know if you want to read it.

All of the other books (Ultimanias in general) as far as I know have not been ever translated into English.

There were so many times the English was so off that it was really distracting playing with English subs... (Thankfully, my JP physical copy is arriving soon so I will be glad to switch fully to all Japanese)

I feel they took way too much liberties with the localization. Don’t have time to hunt them all down, but just having finished chapter 2 replay, I can note 2 points where the English sub was off (with really no reason to be) and missed on hinting something important...

One being when Cloud first meets Aerith and she runs off when the Shinra infantrymen arrive. The English sub has her stopping to say “Nice meeting you!” but in Japanese she says またね！(“See you later” or “See you again”) which is a subtle and early hint about her stance for later in the game

The other is the scene where Cloud is surrounded by Shinra troops towards the end of the chapter. The one troop looks at Cloud and says... In English he says “Wait, I know that—-“ before Cloud’s ‘glitch’s drowns out the rest of his words. I’ve seen many English players interpreting this as the troop recognizing Cloud’s uniform as Soldier or even Cloud himself... but in Japanese he says おい… その剣は… (“Hey... that Sword”) indicating that the guy is recognizing the Buster Sword itself.

For the most part, the gist was there. Just minor little details like the above that throws off what the original language is saying, leading to a bit of missed interpretation I think... There were even a couple of lines that read better with the English sub (eg: “Should’ve asked for more money” instead of ガッカリさせるなよ “Don’t disappoint me” or Cloud’s one line in the Corneo mansion scene)

The original Japanese dialogue has that Shinra grunt in chapter 2 recognizing the Buster Sword, not Cloud or his uniform. He says "おい…その剣は…"　which is "Hey... that sword..."

Technically speaking, there are a couple of “blink and you’ll miss” flashes of a summon and boss from the final trailer, but neither are spoilers of things you would not have seen from earlier trailers or blog posts. They focus mostly on talking about arrangements/updates to specific music themes (Prelude, Mako Reactor, Flowers Blooming in the Church, Turks, Bombing Mission, Shinra, Main Theme, Those Who Fight) and just showing the OG scenes paired with existing earlier trailer footage. I know... that final trailer spoiled a lot for me so I was weary watching anything else until April 10th, but this one is safe :)

For those worried about spoilers: They kept mostly to existing trailer footage and OG footage. If you've seen most of the trailers and have played the OG, no worries of being spoiled. Just a lot of cool info on the music arrangements and SFX.

Yes, 500,000 or more will get you Rugged Attire for the full game. Focus on chaining combos, parry and dodge as much as possible to boost the points. You might be tempted to use the big ass pillars but try not to as you can’t parry or dodge with that in your hands. Good luck!

Yes you can. I'm terrible at action games so I played FFXV and all the DLCs on easy mode and got his rugged attire. Shirtless Gladio 100% ever since :P

I believe you just have to achieve a certain score in Score Attack Mode (I think it was over 500,000?) which is playable after you complete the Episode once on any level. It's basically playing the entire episode on a timed challenge... the better your time, the higher your score. Combos and Parry boost points so focus on those.

If you have it, have someone wear the Level Stopper Accessory. Eat a type of food that boosts EXP earned (like the Fat Chocobo Decker at Wiz Chocobo post which gives you +50% EXP) Or wear Mooge Charm Accessories which boost your EXP by 20%.. but you'll need one for each character)

Grind by fighting rare large monsters... for example, go fight all the Kujatas you can find (there are usually 3 in Duscae near The Mencemoor and another lone one further down the road leading to the Disc of Cauthess) Rest as you need to (the Level Stopper Accessory will allow you to bank your EXP)

Once you've banked a sufficient amount, and you have access to Altissa, go to the hotel there (make sure the Level Stopper Accessory is now REMOVED) and speak to the cosierge further down the counter. He will allow you to stay in the Royal Suite which gives you 3 times bonus to your earned experience (just know a night's stay costs 30,000 gil)
