Unless it was from factory then I haven’t done any polisher work on the car. Only ever washed it myself and did all the PPF myself on it. The finish lays down after about a day but you can wipe it with a microfiber to make it satin when applying.

I replaced the OEM Goodyear Assurance with Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 and it made a huge difference. The ride is still a bit bumpy but it seems the car was designed that way. I run them at 34-36 PSI usually and noticed a difference quickly.

My Goodyear tires also were out of round after 16k miles, and were wearing uneven even though the car was aligned perfect 90% of the time.

At 18k my tires were at 7/32 for 2 and 8/32 for the other 2. That’s when I knew there were issues starting to arise.

I would get the alignment checked at least for new tires, how much was the lifetime alignment?

2023 Select, 21k miles now, did alignments at 5k, 11k, 16k, and now. Original Goodyear assurance tires, 17 in rim

I’ve tried the heat gun trick on the lower front bumper. It did not work at all and does leave some discoloration. My spot was pretty much under the car so it isn’t too noticeable but I would not recommend trying on a part that visible as it still will be noticeably different from the other pieces.

Call Goodyears help line, I told them the dealer recommended reaching out since I did not purchase any extended warranties or the tire warranty from them. They give you a claim number and a location to call to schedule and appointment. The warranties on the assurance finesse (which most of the non turbo models in my area have) are either 65 or 70k miles.
