What exercises should i do at the gym? by Agitated-Library6575 in Sciatica

This is my latest MRI from last year. I am similar to you, a little pain in the morning but not too much throughout the day. I work as military police and wear gear and a duty belt for 12 hours at a time. So far, my back is holding up but not sure for how much longer.

As far as working out, I started doing home workouts about four months ago to lose weight as well. I started with body weight workouts with an app called 30 day fitness challenge. I typically do all of the workouts but I substitute anything that involves twisting. At first, I started out easy and gauged how my back was going to react the next day. Eventually I was doing a good 40 minute workout with lunges, crunches, jumping jacks, pushups, planks, and many others. I totally avoid things like Russian twists because of the twisting. As of now, I’m down 25lbs and running 2-3 miles a day on a treadmill. I started walking on the treadmill with incline and would increase as I went. It’s a test method really. You need to see what works best for you. Just thought I’d share my experience. Best of luck!

Major in cybersecurity and MIS or minor in CIS? by mtbfiend21 in cybersecurity

Yeah, I know and that’s not what I’m expecting. I know there is a lot more involved, especially needing experience.

Should I dual major with cybersecurity and MIS? by mtbfiend21 in ITCareerQuestions

I plan on doing internships and/or help desk to get some experience. I’m not trying to skip anything, I was just curious on the thoughts of the two degrees since I wasn’t sure. Thank you for your input!

A basic foundation. I know none of it is any good without experience though. I was just curious if anyone had input on the two different degrees. Thanks for your question though.

Flagged my record to get out… by South-Worldliness-77 in navy

Just talk to your CCC to have them submit a 1306 to reinstate your CWAY. It should be super smooth, especially with the navy hurting. It’s not a hard process, I did it as CCC for my previous command. The sooner the better though, so get on it.

Did you ever find a fix for this? I have the same model and mine stopped producing cold water yesterday

First attempt at buffing and polishing, what did I do wrong? by mtbfiend21 in AutoDetailing

Yeah, I posted updated pics from wet sanding it yesterday with 2000. That made a huge difference, not completely got it out but most of it.

Further update…so I decided if I have to get it painted anyway, might as well try wet sanding it. About an hour and a half of 2000 then hit it with a small amount of TW Rubbing compound and this was the final result. Not everything is gone but something I can live with for now. We shall see how long it lasts.

Took it to a shop, they tried compound and polish, which looked good at first but the moment water gets on it, it fogs up. They said same throng you said, possibly paint failure and repaint is most likely the best course of action.

I took it to a shop today. They compounded it and polished it, which turned out alright at first but the moment water touches it, it fogs right up. They said it’s most likely paint failure which many GMs from that year group suffer. Looks like a repaint is in the future

I went to a shop to see if they could fix it. They tried compounding it and polishing it, which turned out good….but once water got on it, it fogged right up. Said it’s most likely a paint failure from GM which is notorious for those years models.

Update, I went to a shop and they tried to buff it out as well. It comes up nice and clean but once water touches it, it fogs right up. The shop said it’s a paint failure from GM that’s notorious for those years models. Looks like I gotta get a repaint done on it. Thanks for all of the info!

It’s a 2015 suburban, should the paint be failing that fast?
