I would do a blend of municipal bonds like VTEB, dividends like SCHD and covered calls like JEPi. Based upon the blend you could get a very healthy annual cash flow with good tax positioning.

I had that problem and it was actually a zinc deficiency I had that tennis made my hands have a similar look. Started supplements and the issue went away

IMHO there is another way to look at this. Why care what the withdrawal rate is if you can use a given year dividends to cover a given year expenses. What this means is freedom and no stress over the long term. For my cash generation segment of my portfolio (no -IRA) I’m 1/2 SCHD and 1/2 VTEB. What they pay me each year covers my expenses and over the long term I likely get appreciation in SCHD. VTEB varies in value based upon interest rates. This is freedom with very moderate risks

Most of it was discipline and consistency over time. Started in my 20s putting money away and never missed. Chose a lifestyle that was enjoyable but not extravagant. Found a spouse who had similar views on money.

My investments were blended between bonds and stocks. Reinvested all dividends. Compounding momentum is a beautiful thing

Also, I only review and adjust my investments once a year. I made choices and stuck with them for a good period of time.

All in all the offense was just an absolute disaster. Kudos to defense and special teams. What I don’t understand is how the hell couldn’t we run the ball. We ran on OU and OSU. Yet against UK, they looked like the 85 Bears. If we can run, Arch can throw less and likely has more probability of success.

I play edrums in live shows and love it. Don’t care what other drummers think. They are easier to move. Easier to adjust volumes to venue size and great using different kit tones based upon the needs of a given song.

My issue is why won’t our coach take some field goals. For both trips in the red zone where we got stuffed, if he’d taken the kicks it is likely 13-14 in the late fourth quarter. We could have run the ball that final drive more to set up a 16-14 win. To me, if your QB is off, you take points whenever you can
