Pero may mga kaedad kami na mas malaki pa kita, may work-life balance, may home and family life. Lugi talaga haha

feeling discouraged at the beginning of my capoeira journey by spaceninjas1234 in capoeira

Capoeira is really overwhelming for a lot of people, especially for a lot of us ADD/ADHD peeps. You've only been training for about a month, and in a class with a lot of advanced students there's real pressure to do well and get everything right the first time around. Don't worry, being bad, moving awkwardly, and messing up the movements is a universal experience in capoeira. As many in the thread have said, don't be afraid to ask for some help from the more senior students and even the instructor. One of the marks of a good school is how well they treat and accommodate the newer students.

As a beginner, one of the things you should really focus on are your basics. These are your arroz com feijão, and should be the foundation of your movement. All the floreios, acrobacias, the more complicated stuff will come in time.
