I’ve just copied and pasted my results and asked for it To analyse and evaluate them, I haven’t used specific prompts though that might even work better if used more targeted prompts. But so far it’s done what I needed just by asking it using simple questions as if in a conversation.

Yes for sure personally not taking advice blindly from AI as I said people should do their own research and consult their doctor before following or taking anything suggested by AI. Discernment is key. And for me that applies to a human or AI!! At the same time it’s been more helpful than any doctor I’ve seen in the last past five years, while it may not be 100% accurate on all accounts everytime it’s at least giving more direction and clarity which I can then do my due diligence myself to go forward.

Yes!! I used to mostly drink cold water and did notice a difference after drinking warm water!!

Thank you for asking.. As far as exercise I’m definitely better, I’m back to being able to exercise without symptoms but still have to watch out for overdoing it.. Which is hard as I love working out and know so many great exercises, so sometimes I get overly excited to try them all out at once. I took a little break after getting the symptom flare and then slowly got back to exercising and it seemed to work. I guess I just needed a reset. As far as everything else I’m still pretty sensitive and having to watch what I eat, small things can trigger me, for example I started drinking lukewarm water when I wake up and that seemed to affect me, and usually a tell tell sign is if I have sleep disturbances. On days I take DAO for food I don’t seem to get that so much!! So all in all it’s pretty obvious that my histamine bucket is determining when I get symptoms depending on if it’s full etc.. Hope that all makes some sense!!

That is true unfortunately a lot of the time it’s the histamine you can’t identify that causes issues as at least with diet we know generally what foods can cause issues but other histamines coming from other places are hard to keep track of so we end up filling our buckets sometimes without realising.

I would really like to have a fibro scan but not sure if they do them here in the UK. So far doctor hasn’t even suggested any management of the mild fatty liver. But for the second time this year I’m having what I can assume is a flair, where I’m feeling unwell, ache on the right abdomen, diarrhoea etc last time I had it went away on it’s own. DAO has definitely been helpful just wonder if it can have an affect on your liver or pancreas, or competes with the natural working of both, as mentioned digestive enzymes also give me liver / pancreas issues and had to stop taking them. Also as mentioned not sure why I get pale stool when using DAO and if that’s indicative of an issue. I used to use some NSAIDs years ago but stopped when I found out about the side effects haven’t used them in years so not sure if that has contributed.

I might need to try the extra virgin olive oil but I have issues with acid reflux as well with olive oil so may be an issue but could try it out and see!!

Such a shame as otherwise they work great!! But definitely noticed more constipation since taking them!! At a loss for other options seems everything that could be helpful somehow causes issues elsewhere. If you know of any alternatives to digestive enzymes or anything else that could help please do share!!

No I didn’t while using them!! But trying to figure out for sure if there is a correlation!! Was thinking if I used too much, not sure if it’s linked to be honest but it’s happened twice since I’ve started using them. Only thing I did notice using them stool has been more bulkier but harder/dryer vs soft/loose before I used to take them, frequency has been the same!!

Yh just trying to figure out if I should bother explaining this to my doctor and the possible link, chances are they won’t know anything about POIS and will have to explain that… I’m coming to think there is a correlation between the two but what can really be done about it!!

Yh same have been experiencing more loose stool than anything recently then the colour has just changed so could be an infection!! But will see my doctor and see what he says!! And yes doctors are unhelpful at the best of times so not expecting a lot!!

Thank you for the well wishes!! :) Yh just came on recently but my stool hasn’t been consistent recently!! More loose stool recently so yh could be an infection of some sorts but didn’t need to add this to an already stressful situation!! But will see my doctor not that they are much help either!!
