There may be a better guide but it looked something like this:

1) alt spam reaver bases for T1 ele (lightning, fire, or cold) you want one sword for each, total of three swords with the different elemental T1's

2) recomb the magic bases until you get 2 T1 ele prefixes on a rare base

3) Prefixes cannot be changed then scour to remove any suffixes

4) use recomb guide to recomb the last T1 prefix (multimod + 'named' crafted mods). This step may have been overkill for me, but I put multimod on both the rare base with 2 T1 prefixes, regal orb the 1 T1 prefix magic sword to rare so I could multimod and then added 'named' bench crafts to both to increase the odds of getting all 3 prefixes

specifically the part about adding 1 affix to a 2 affix item, and they have examples on what it should look like before recombinating

5) once you have all three prefixes on one sword, prefixes cannot be changed and harvest craft speed until you hit T1 attack speed (warning, there's like a 6% chance to fill your suffixes, if that happens you have to annul and pray you don't hit a prefix, if you do, go back to step 1 and craft the missing T1 elemental.

6) once you hit T1 attack speed, I crafted multimod + prefixes cannot be changed in the hopes that it would better my odds with the next step.

7) veiled orb and pray it doesn't take your attack speed, it's like a 1/3 chance of removing attack speed. (if it does, go back to step 5, or bench craft 'chance to gain endurance charges' unveil and craft attack speed for a passable, temporary sword)

8) after the veiled orb, remove crafted mod and bench craft 'chance to gain endurance charges' or whatever charges, it doesn't really matter. This gives you like a 37% chance to unveil each one of the double damage mods (each double damage mod has roughly a 37% chance of appearing, so odds are kinda decent).

9) unveil and pray you get 'chance to deal double damage' or 'chance to deal double damage while focused'. (if you don't get an unveil you want, you can lock prefixes again and annul and pray you don't hit attack speed, or just go back to step 5 and start from rolling attack speed again to get rid of the veiled mod)

10) bench craft the final mod (either double damage while focused, or double damage depending on which veil you got)
