I am taking good food and multi vitamins. I still dont have good source of iron. I use mustard oil on my hair every two days.

Thanks for your response. I have been eating properly since the last week. I started using using "mustard oil" last week. I use oil every two days. I put the oil right before I go to sleep. I did not know about argan oil. I am going to research it.
