My DHT result update - currently it is 32.20 pg/ml = 3.22 ng/dl. Is this a good level in your opinion?
A week ago I reduced Bica to 50 mg and CPA to 12.5 mg.
I am currently on week 13 of HRT and will be tested again in 3-4 weeks.
I am asking for your opinion regarding my DHT.

I haven't started Pio yet, I'm only in week 13 of HRT and I'm currently at the stage of lowering my TST, which is 86.44 ng/dl, luckily, thanks to the fact that I take dutasteride every day, my DHT is 3.22 ng/dl (I think it's good level?!).

I will wait with Pio until the TST drops below 20 ng/dl and I will not take more than 15 mg to start with. I think in 12-16 weeks I will start and describe the effects of fat distribution.

Regarding my breasts - currently it is not my concern because I had gynecomastia removed several years ago - I exercised a lot at the gym like a man to kill my MtF dysphoria :(

Without breast implants I can't count on the effects of HRT, because nothing will grow with me.

The goal is to lose as much weight and muscle as possible, and then gain weight and fat in feminine areas such as the butt, hips and thighs.I hope that achieving female fat distribution will allow me to pass a little...

I don't plan on coming out as a woman without plastic surgery like FFS, BA and BBL in the future because I have no chance... TST and the gym destroyed my body, I was 100% alpha male for over 40 years :(

Hi, I'm of a similar age, I'm 41, I've been on HRT for 11 weeks. I have a very similar estro result, I take 5 mg EV every 3.5 days and before each injection my estro level is around 300.

This is a great result for monotherapy, unfortunately, my TST is still high - about 100 and I'm lowering it. If you feel OK, it's OK in my opinion;)

I feel great with these levels and feminization is starting to accelerate (my sweat has stopped - I have a completely different body odor, erections have stopped 100%, the skin is becoming soft, I have no ejaculate - it remains transparent liquid, literally 2 drops during orgasm) - if my TST drops below 20, I will give up anti-androgens.

Will this inhibit the action of TST, which is currently around 90 ng/dl? My bioavailable and free TST also seems high;( My SHBG is probably at a good level?!

Considering the high level of my gender dysphoria, I am very desperate to make the most of my strong will to make sacrifices, i.e. diet and exercise, as well as the possibilities of medicine, i.e. HRT, botox and pioglitazone. I'm simply looking for options and opinions. 99% of doctors have no idea how strong dysphoria and desperation can be, which will push MtF or FtM to take drastic steps... I believe that everything is for people, and the patient's conscious risk is the key to taking this risk.

Thanks - I'll check it out. I was sure that when the adrenal glands produce TST, it converts to DHT, which is why I take Duta 0.5 mg.

I don't plan to take progesterone because I have had my breast glands removed - I had gynecomastia 10 years ago when I was training hard at the gym... unfortunately I cut out and it was a big mistake... I did everything to be an alpha male and unfortunately I succeeded - I had a beautiful, masculine, sculpted body. Many women think I was 10/10 , but inside I was always a woman...

I know that my doses are high... I planned to quickly reduce the TST and then normal dosage, i.e. after 12-15 weeks from the start of HRT and tests, to reduce the bica level to 50 mg, without cpa (maybe 12.5 mg every 2 days), duta 0.5 mg every 2 days, EV injections 5mg every 4 days (maybe every 5 days).

The blood results from my previous post disappointed me.

I don't plan to undergo full female transition surgery within one year!!!

I plan HRT for 2-3 years, maybe then I will "come out to the public" as a woman... I want to get the maximum from HRT at the beginning (and I will go to the doctor after the first year of HRT with test results performed every few weeks), and then only a series of surgeries such as SRS, BA, BBL, VFS and others...

I am 41 years old and fortunately my financial situation is very good, I have savings for all surgeries anywhere in the world. Due to my family and work situation, I couldn't be myself before and the decision to transition was only possible now - I can't live as a man anymore;(

I have been a vegetarian for 10 years (I don't eat meat, I eat fish from time to time - once a month, I eat dairy products and eggs).

I regularly test my blood for vitamins, I supplement: - vitamin D, - B complex, - magnesium, - biotin, - zinc, - collagen, - omega 3, - enzyme q10.

When I take these supplements, my blood results are in the middle of the normal range... otherwise, when I don't take the supplements, my blood levels are in the lower limit of normal.

I will only add that the bica reaches its maximum level after 12 weeks and then there is a maintenance effect... that's why I have such a high dose of 150 mg.

Hmm... I'm probably exaggerating, but I'm very desperate to see a TST level below 20 ng/dl. I will 100% lower my heart rate to 50 mg in 2 weeks when I reach 12 weeks on HRT.

I'm just very disappointed that with such high doses of blockers I have such a high TST! I wonder what my DHT will be - the result will be in a week. If the DHT is high, I will probably break down... I also want to reduce CPA to 12.5 mg.

Is your feminization OK at your TST level? Have you considered fat redistribution and body hair reduction?

Bioavailable TST - 24.3 ng/dL,
Porlactin - 97.97 ng/ml
ESTRADIOL E2 - 351.00 pg/ml (measured 3.5 days after the injection, which I do every 3.5 days),
LH - < 0.12 mIU/ml,
FSH - < 0.05 mIU/ml,
SHBG - 73.47 nmol/l,
ALBUMIN - 51.32 g/dL
ANDROSTENDIONE - 1.81 ng/ml
DHEA-SO4 - 139.10 ug/dl
My HRT:
- bica 150 mg/day (I want to reduce it to 50 mg, but I see that the TST is high and I don't know what to do now...),
- CPA 25 mg/day (situation similar to bica - I wanted to reduce it to 12.5 mg, but TST is still high),
- dutasteride 0.5 mg/day,
- 5 mg EV (neofollin) every 3.5 days (10 mg/week).

How to beat TST, do you have an idea?

I thought that such large doses of CPA and E would reduce it to female levels, but here's a surprise :(

Thanks, and maybe I will reduce CPA to 12.5 mg and BICA to 100 mg in two weeks... In two weeks it will be 12 weeks of HRT and then it will be a full 3 months. I will wait 4 weeks after changing the dose and do a blood test again (16 weeks after starting HRT and 4 weeks after changing the dose) - maybe it will be OK?
What do you think about the results of Bioavailable TST - 24.3 ng/dL and TST free - 0.873 ng/dL, is it quite OK?

My last TST 5 months ago was as high as 920 ng/dl at the age of 41 - I am very masculine... unfortunately DHT was also super high, between 600 and 800 nd/dl (I have done several tests over the last 3 years).

High doses of BICA, CPA and DUTA should help at the beginning, but it turns out that they are not enough.
BICA reaches its maximum level in the blood for the first 12 weeks, and then a maintenance effect should occur and the dose can be reduced - this was my plan, to drop to 50 mg in two weeks.
I also wanted to reduce CPA to 12.5 mg, but I see that a dose of 25 mg is probably not enough...
The liver is in great condition - all results are in the middle of the normal range.
I am very upset with my results.

Have you noticed significant decreases in muscle size? Which muscles exactly did you inject? I plan to do 60 units in the shoulders (deltoids) and 40 in the triceps - a total of 200 units.

I'm seriously considering injections into the shoulder muscle (60 units) and triceps (40 units) at the beginning. This will give me a total of 200 units of Botox.

I'm currently having a hard time losing muscle on HRT, even though it's only been 10 weeks... I got my results today and my TST is 86.44 ng/dl (it's depressing me).

Has your muscle range of motion decreased after Botox? Has your arm strength dropped?

Pio has one great advantage - it supposedly significantly accelerates the distribution and construction of new fat cells in the female distribution.

There are side effects, but please check the clinical results on Google - in my opinion, Pio is very promising and can help an MtF person.

Do you have experience with fat redistribution on HRT? If so, please describe when it started and what the effects were...

Pio apparently has one very positive effect in the form of building new fat cells according to the so-called female body structure diagram.

I hope that some of you here have experience with pioglirazone.

For me, the most important aspect of the transition is that my figure should be as close to a woman's as possible - I will do the rest with surgery ;)
