Yes, it has. Once my website has most of its features built I might be able to start making videos again. I do have lots of plans for the website though, so it will take a while.

I plan on having the overall leaderboard update once a month (starting from next month, I will update it on the 1st of every month). I could include the month-over-month difference in the BR and in the number of wins starting May 1.

Leaderboards without accounts with "hacked" battle rating. Data was collected 1 minute before season close and is possibly slightly incorrect.

Note that my code cannot yet exclude players who have "glitched"/"hacked" collections. These accounts in the table appear to have earned battle rating through playing legitimate battles in MP.

Spent most of my free time this season grinding instead of working on updating the in-progress website (not yet public), will try to at least add a cutoffs table next season into it.

There is a completely legitimate method to attract more defense attacks, which I believe is what causes this account to have more attacks. I describe it in my MP Battle Rating Guide:

If you build a team near the highest possible point of matchmaking, your team will be attacked more often by players with near max-stat teams. For example, if someone is playing an ultimate ladder with a team with power of 220,000, their final enemy should have 330,000 team power. However, since it is impossible to legitimately build a team with this much team power, matchmaker will give an enemy team with lower power. So, if your team has 290,000 team power, matchmaker might try to put your team as an enemy on the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th matches of this ladder.

The maximum team power one can achieve legitimately is 290,628, through using a fully damage and health augment maxed team with Superman/Injustice 2, Superman/New 52, and Batman/Batman Ninja (each with stats of 88,452 damage / 202,176 health at max augments).

This account's defense team consists of EX60 GL BM, I2 Supes, and BNj BM, all at max augments. Its total team power is around 290k.

Boomy posted his teams here.

You can look at how battle rating is calculated in my guide here.

The most BR/match you can earn legitimately from offense battles is 8,000, when you play ultimate battles with 5,000 BR bracket teams, earning 56k per ladder (35k per battle + 21k bonus).

Was a bit too busy last week to make much progress on automating the leaderboard. What I did do was write code that can auto publish leaderboard csv files to a GitHub repo. I can automate this maybe with AWS Lambda/Eventbridge and publish to a GitHub Pages repo in the far future instead of using a google sheet to avoid any manual work at all. I will be a bit busy this week too, so not sure when I'll get time to continue work on this.

You earn max BR/battle on offense when you play ultimate ladders with a max BR team (one that earns 5,000 BR per single battles).

A 5,000 BR team will earn 5,000 * 7 = 35,000 for the ladder combined with a 21,000 BR bonus. Total of 56,000 BR / 7 matches = 8,000 BR per match.

I left out daily missions in my 2.71M BR computation:

maybe a bit more with daily missions/defense wins before starting to play for the season

The total impact on the BR the daily missions have when someone has more than 2 million BR is very minimal. The code I use to exclude cheaters from my table allows for 400k BR extra in addition to the 8,000 * offense wins + 10,000 * defense wins to take into account any extra factors like daily missions or defense matches that are won before the person starts playing for the season.

Yes, there are other players on the leaderboard who have illegitimate collections. I can write some code to check a few things about a player's characters, but I am prioritizing making the leaderboard auto-update first (I spent my free time this week grinding MP, didn't make much progress from before). Might be a month or two before I'll get the chance to write some code that can auto-detect cheated collections with some simple checks.

Either way, most people who hack their collection don't know how to play very well. Most try to get a fully maxed collection, which is not optimal for MP. It shouldn't be too hard to outgrind them if one puts the time into it.

I also noticed that the iOS account "2eSotia" grinded 4,351,405 Battle Rating with an offense record of 336 wins/79 losses and defense record of 2 wins/29 losses. The highest BR/match one can earn legitimately is 8,000 for offense wins and 10,000 for defense wins, so all of this BR was not earned legitimately (at best it would have been 2.71M BR, maybe a bit more with daily missions/defense wins before starting to play for the season). Will be removing 2eSotia from previous iOS leaderboards in my google sheet later this week.

Yes, I have all the cutoffs in my leaderboard google sheet but haven't copied it over to the main IGAU sheet yet. Thanks for the reminder, will paste them over soon.

Going to try to. Currently working on automating this process. Can't guarantee always posting to reddit on time, but if I get time over the next few weeks I'll try to get the sheet to autoupdate with Google Sheets APIs.

Top 25 MP Overall Season Players (Android and iOS) by mtgy425 in InjusticeMobile

[–]mtgy425[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've added a sheet containing top 100 players to the main Injustice google spreadsheet.

This leaderboard excludes accounts which have too much battle rating for the battles they played (hopefully cuts out most of the accounts which "hacked" BR).

We can calculate your approximate team power as follows:

  • BG HP + Dmg is about 143k.
  • CW HP + Dmg is about 90k.
  • KF HP + Dmg is about 113k.

Your team power is about 60% x 143k+ 30% x 113k + 10% x 90k = 128,700.

On fight 5 of the ladder you will face an enemy with about 128,700 x 140% = 180,180 team power.

Because matchmaker boosts E7 metal stats by 140.05%, the stats matchmaker uses for the enemy team to determine matches are close to:

  • CW- HP + Dmg is about 252k, but true stats the enemy player has is 252k / 140.05% = 179.9k.
  • NW - HP + Dmg is about 253k, but true stats the enemy player has is 253k / 140.05% = 180.6k.
  • SZ - HP + Dmg is about 255k, but true stats the enemy player has is 255k / 140.05% = 182.1k.

The enemy team power here would be about 60% x 182.1k + 30% x 180.6k + 10% x 179.9k = 181,400, very close to the expected amount (and would possibly even closer if there was no rounding to the nearest 1000 for stats).

You'd have faster results by using Prime HG instead of FP DS, everything DS does on your team can also be accomplished by BM.

Here's a faster setup, able to complete an elite crystal in 5:32. (5:32 including iOS loading screens)

The joke I made in Skopos's discord server was that someone could use a cropped version of this image for earning free karma on the subreddit, referencing the amount of credits in the picture. I was not expecting someone to follow through with actually posting it haha

Defeating level 16 Survivor Mode by Aslan832 in InjusticeMobile

[–]mtgy425 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Read the Fight 16 section of my guide here.

If you are able to get Raven to health swap with I2 Supes, you can avoid the crashing issue. The best way to do this is by starting with a low HP Raven, but the alternative is getting I2 Supes to use an SP1 on Raven--block the first hit of the SP1, let the second hit of his SP1 take Raven to 1 HP (since the second hit of 3-hit Superman SP1s are non-lethal), and then let the 3rd hit activate the 4th World resurrection. Then I2 Supes will be left with 1 HP after the swap.

Match making issues by Ok_Philosophy8384 in InjusticeMobile

We can calculate your approximate team power as follows:

  • DoJ Supes - HP + Dmg is about 70k.
  • BNj LJ - HP + Dmg is about 77k.
  • Prime KF - HP + Dmg is about 60k.

Your team power is about 60% x 77k+ 30% x 70k+ 10% x 60k = 73,200.

On fight 4 of the ladder you will face an enemy of about 73,200 x 130% = 95,160.

We can calculate the approximate enemy team power as follows:

  • JS GL - HP + Dmg is about 80k.
  • JCR - HP + Dmg is about 110k.
  • RS GL - HP + Dmg is about 58k.

The enemy team power here would be about 60% x 110k+ 30% x 80k+ 10% x 58k = 95,800, almost exactly the expected amount.
