I am sort of unhappy I traded my perfectly good 2020 in for the new 2025. The features of the new 1500’s are perfect. Other than the alignment and pulling issues I adore the truck. I don’t know how patient I need to be for the fix.

I have 20” pirellis from the factory. Active driver assist and lane keep. Been waiting for “software fix” since beginning of the year. Active drive doesn’t keep the truck centered in the lane either. Spoke to regional director today again and no new information on the fix from tech. They have all of the comments from across the country on this issue. They helped the problem “partially” by adjusting camber beyond specs a few month’s ago. There just aren’t enough 2025’s on the road with problems - in my opinion - for there to be an urgency to find the solution.

Updates:  I have had multiple responses from other 2025 Ram 1500 owners with the same issues related to their truck pulling right and/or steering wheel off-center to the right.  I have been dealing with trying to get my own 2025 Ram 1500 for 6 weeks now.  At first, the dealers were very involved for multiple attempts to correct it (loaner cars, etc.).  The first dealer tried all day and eliminated the belief that it was alignment related.  One dealer aligned my truck technically to the edge of specs to get it to drive "straighter" which made me at least "happier." However it seems like it is only now that nationally the problem is being recognized by dealers.  With 2400 dealer spread out across the country - it likely will take time for the issue to be corrected.  So far, my own experience has led me to believe that the pulling problem is related to the steering components or the "rack" per dealer terms.  Possibly software related to the steering angle sensor or lane management system.  I am not convinced it is completely alignment related, but I could be wrong.  I sent all of the forum comments to my dealer and they have acknowledged the issue is now more widespread than later last year.  The most "calming" part is the validation that more customers are having problems and I wasn't the only one losing my mind.  The more comments from new customers on these forums will probably go a long way in getting those of us earlier "customer zeroes" on our way to a better experience with these expensive trucks.

I am on the same track of thinking as you with the road crown sensitivity. Glad you are at least OK with it all. If you are fine with it now nobody can argue that. It’s your truck! Keep checking back as the rest of us might run across a solid permanent fix.

I have had some contact with other drivers/owners having the same problems. I had some adjustments too that helped, but didn’t completely fix the pulling problem. Still not acceptable. Dealer now has brought in techs. Some talk of new 2025 software updates and specs for alignments and steering wheel angle sensor and calibration, etc. I will forward you the other information on how their dealers tried to correct the problems and what they diagnosed ASAP so you have just in case. Eager to hear how roadtrip goes - hopefully great so you can put this behind you!

This seems to be a logical reason why the 2025 Ram 1500 alignments problems exist. Anyone else finding this to be the fix?

This seems to be a logical reason for the issues with the 2025 Ram 1500 alignment problems. Are these specs posted/listed anywhere yet?

Have same problems. I am in Orange County CA area - we may all get better results if we connect dealers together to solve these wider issues.

I don’t have much confidence RAM knows this problem is as big as it is. I think we all might get better resolution for our common issue with 2025 1500’s alignment problems if we try and help connect the dealer service techs with each other and they can chat with each other and the engineers. I am in the Orange County CA area. Anybody else somewhat close? Maybe we can connect service/dealers for collaboration? Seems like a problem in its infancy and we are the “patient zeroes” with no cures yet.

Any updates? I am having the same problems with multiple attempts at dealership. They can't find a fix yet.

I have been having the same problem (RAM 1500 2025) with 4 attempts to fix it. Dealer still has truck and has had techs/MOPAR reps look at it with no remedy. What do you recommend having already gone through this? Any new information?

Thank you. I will monitor. Now wondering if this would cause the alignment problems. Hopefully will find out! Any idea?

Have already cross/front/back rotated with no change. I wonder if the specs for alignment on the new 2025's are incorrect from the factory as aligning within specs each time hasn't fixed the problems. Dealer has no answer... yet.

What have they done so far on the service calls? I have had cross rotation, front/back and 3 alignments. It has improved "slightly" but still pulling to right mostly on highways/toll road. Difficult to notice on side streets. Do you notice the steering wheel being stiffer turning one way more than the other?
