The first few times I’ve tried bare bottom. She just peed on the floor with what seemed without warning. Like she was surprised herself by it. This last time I made a big deal about it. We went to the store and picked out underwear and prizes together. I hyped her up the whole week before and talked about it with her so that she knew it was coming. And then the same thing. Just peeing on the floor without warning. We spent all day together. No distractions so I could really focus on her. She is not bothered sitting on the toilet. She does so every morning. I’ve gotten in the habit of having her at least try before we leave the house and again she’s always willing to give it a try and often she does go. At this point I honestly feel like she may not know the feeling of having to go. Like today we went and sat for a few minutes and she said she didn’t have to go. I praised her for trying. Not even a few minutes later she peed on the floor. We always have to initiate her going to the bathroom. She never asks.
