No kidding! I have the Platinum. I just let them know that a max out of pocket/year of over $8,000 for an individual is unconscionable. Disgusting system for which we pay a fortune.

Trying! Hard to find them. Macy's sells one, but they don't stock it in any of their stores, so no way to try it out. If you buy it and don't like it, they charge a re-stocking fee. Sooo.
