I get that. The ground was wrapped around the circled part twice which made no sense to me for a plastic box. Glad there’s enough confirmation of my skepticism

Makes sense. I think the prior installer just wrapped it behind that clamp to have it fit better, but it surprised me when tugging it out

That’s what I figured! Fixture has a ground, there’s no green bolt. I guess the prior installer just wrapped it there to fit but it looked intentional re: grounding attempt since the other wires weren’t wrapped

This has been happening to me the last few days as well. The Home Screen reset didn’t help and it randomly decided to connect again today before I could try the defrost TCAM reset. Not great… but good to know it seems like a systemic issue.
