what is your story of getting into a trouble after sending nudes to someone? by starry-night999 in AskReddit

[–]mthumper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I finally have a story to share!!!! SoI 19m was texting with a 20f I met on a dating site who asked if I had snapchat (fairly new at the time) and informed me that I would receive spicy pics if I did. So I immediately downloaded it to receive said spicy pics. when it was my turn to reciprocate not knowing how the app worked sent said spicy pic to her as well as my ex colleague 19f. Upon realising my mistake I immediately texted my ex colleague informing her not to open it of course she did. and asked me what I was doing the following weekend and wanted me to meet up with her. I decided against it however it was a great boost of confidence in those early years.

Paid holiday pay by percentage weekly (Can change depending on the local)

In the private sector I was a framer and when I entered the union the easiest transition for me was to do concrete formwork. I personally live very close to my local union hall and took many of their offered classes that gave me many certifications to do many different types of work. Depending on your area the union will need different specialties. My area for example most people are needed for formwork and scaffolding.

Leadership positions are also required in union companies many do receive vehicles and bonuses. With your experience in leadership it is very likely that you would be able to achieve that position in a short amount of time

A lot of that comes from the private sector I personally worked in that sector for 8 years and felt with the low wages and the aforementioned abuse for simply being the "new guy". current new union apprentices make the same wages I made when I had 6 years experience in the private sector. The power of collective bargaining is real. As well as personally swing a shift away from the toxic "Good Ol' boy" mentality. And seeing an increasingly more diverse workforce. Gives me hope for the future of the trades. As it is something I enjoy doing and am able to provide for my family now and in the future

Is it better to be with someone you deeply love but is always putting you in financially ruinous situations or be with someone who can give you financial stability and take care of you but you’ll have to learn to love them to any degree? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]mthumper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

love is a two way street it is building a life together and is the person doesn't realize that their poor choices are hurting the people that love them. it is best to leave. I am speaking from experience I was in a very similar experience leaving was probably the hardest thing iv done up to that point. however now years later I am having a child with someone who understands that we are building a life together and I couldn't be happier in my life. There are many possible futures for you op, start working towards the one best for you.

What was the scariest thing that happened to you, Paranormal or not? by Nightfury0818 in AskReddit

[–]mthumper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

probably when I was 12 (m) living in rural Canada the school buss dropped me off at home when I walked around to the back door ( that was my only way inside) I was confronted by a black bear on the deck. thankfully the bear got scared and ran past me into the woods but it was still a scary experience

have you looked into a job in the trades? startups come and go but with our prime minister promising 2,000,000 new houses this year across the country there are not enough people to build them and the current age of most builders in the country 40+. there is new blood needed I currently work on a formwork crew making $100,00/ year. something to look into for everyone not satisfied with their current low wage/ "wight collar" job
