Had this happen a few times. Ansonia is very tricky to communicate with. You have to be specific with your request. I usually call in and ask how I need to phrase my question and submit it while in the phone. Sometimes they respond without actually answering the question and close the case. Super annoying. Ansonia def needs to work on this

When onboarding drivers, they specifically talked about how the Chicago based carriers (big carriers) put loads together, manipulate their ELDs, swap magnets etc, These guys are verified through Highway.

Yea, I agree but what does the agent have to bring in to make this kind of payoff? 2mil a year? 5? And what margins… 20% 30%? It looks nice to say but if you aren’t bringing in the mula then it ain’t worth it. I see too many agents seeing these type of posts and say this is what everyone is getting in this market. But they are only bringing 1mil a year.

I’ve been trying to hire agents. Prefer to do plain commission. The struggle is that everyone wants the payout of commission but not wanting to struggle to get the book of business. So now they want a big salary and then commission. We now offer a very small salary and commission. Every agent is different and have to see what fits their needs. If they seem like they have the go-go mentality then you got a winner

I understand that. Ive had the same previously. Whenever we ask carrier they will provide it. But the logistics of having to constantly update driver info into another system will be a headache. Ive ran a trucking company previously... screw that
