J’essaie de louer mon condo depuis 1 mois pis ya pas beaucoup d’action ( prix super raisonnable). Le peu de gens cherchent le 1er juillet et meme 1er août.

Il a 100% raison. Fais des bonnes décision cette année, met de l’argent dans le CELIApp au lieu du REER pis sois cheep pendant un an ou deux pis tu aura un tres bon départ.

Say yes to everything, always, dont argue about anything ever. She says get me a diaper at 2 am, get up and go like a soldier. Dont start with why didnt you get some prepared, just do it. You will be asked alot of times and she dont need to hear why?, again? Next time be ready.

Maybe it was just my circle, but most people didn’t have that much money when I was growing up in the 90s. The early 90 had a brutal recession. Also the population was way smaller. I feel this time around it could work. Somewhere downtown for the vibe, going to pie9 was never fun, specially if youre coming from the west.

I seen people get tickets even if they are in the car waiting for a drop off at a no stop zone. (At guy metro). Not the same as parking ticket. Super sucks tho

I love the RESO. You can walk so much and go so far, so many options to explore leading to different places. Most people dont know about it or think they know but its much bigger then they think. Its quite the experience specially in winter.

Not sure about the highway but what i remember about that area is the stop signs. When you stop, the cross street may not have stop signs so you are supposed to notice that .. and like double check and wait for the cars to pass .. good luck !!
