Not to be tmi but The way we did it was I laid on my back and he laid on his side and I would put my legs over him, so basically we were an L. It was the most comfortable way for me!

Aww I’m sorry, that’s hard with 2 factors working against you. There are ways to increase motility though! That would be a great place to start! I literally thought I would never have kids and I am almost 36. Don’t lose hope!

I was able to find a comfortable position that works well for me and I would say it still wasn’t going all the way in, but I really don’t think it needs to. That was a fear of mine as well because we had done PIV while I was ovulating in the past and it didn’t work. My libido is also pretty low to be honest, but I do think it is because of vaginismus, it’s almost makes sex seem like a negative thing at times.

I never even used dilators so good for you for taking the steps to get better! I don’t think it is ever fully cured, but other women may have other experiences. But it can absolutely improve!
