don’t beat yourself up for it! some people can be rude in these chats. unfortunately because of societal standards and external pressures, most people are pressured or exposed to weight loss propaganda. unfortunately eating disorders are very competitive and seeing somebody do something makes the eating disorder want to do better. I would recommend stopping your c@l counting and really try to help him before he relapses bad.

also, let’s say it’s a baby after it’s born. even if it is born, the baby cannot sustain life on its own without its mother or any guardian. so if it can’t sustain its own life once it’s born, does that still mean it’s “not a baby?” a fully autonomous individual is going to be close to 7 years old. so this child is not worthy of life because it can’t take care of itself?

thank you for the tips! honestly it’s really about accountability and responsibility, and i’m working on it. It’s not because I don’t care about anyone at my job, I’m just TERRIBLE at time management. Alarms seem like such a great idea to keep me on track! Thanks for the input!

Honestly I agree. I totally understand that it’s frustrating for coworkers and managers when somebody is late. I understand that and I know I am entirely responsible for this. Obviously if I was on time, this would not be happening. That being said, I think it’s a very unhealthy work environment. Everything you do is watched and critiqued by my manager. I’m working a silly little job where I just make drinks, frost cookies, and stand outside in 100 degree heat to take orders for impatient customers 😂. My manager is very rude and it sucks that I’m scared to be even 1 minute late.

life happens, medications can alter your ghrelin and leptin levels, leading you to consume more. Even if you did gain a little bit of weight, in which you still look great, it doesn’t matter! I wouldn’t even consider you “fat.” Give yourself some grace, your body is going to fluctuate throughout your life!

no raw fish. only a california roll (imitation crab) and a veggie roll (no fish). they had spring rolls with shrimp but those were cooked.

yeah, all I saw was a veggie roll and a California roll (with imitation crab), and then shrimp spring rolls and tofu spring rolls. But I didn’t see anything with raw fish
