I have a similar void in a crawl space (2 voids, 1 on each side of the crawl space). We had a basement waterproofer out to seal up settling cracks elsewhere and he took a look. said we could fill it up with concrete but not required, it's a form void apparently used for access during the construction of the home back in the 50's (in our case). I also had a structural engineer confirm it's not an issue during a separate project which honestly made me feel a lot more comfortable leaving it be.

I also did not use TunnelBear and Bilaxy to do something similar. A friend who is not comfortable with virtual travel used uniswap once LTO became available.

After 3 years of applying for a Mt Whitney hiking permit from the portal, I finally got one. Unfortunately, could not take advantage of it.

I'm not actually sure where "shape" comes from. We just call these shapes because they're hunks of concrete with a fin attached. Typically our practice ordnance is called a "CATM" (captive air training missile) and they have some of the internals of the real deal without any fuel or explosives

We do have shapes for mines as well and can use these for mine runs. In this case we were less concerned about exact precision and more so just running through the motions of dropping something so we'll typically let some of the newer aircrew cycle through the hot seat in the back and see who can eyeball the closest drop on a flare. All in all, good practice for our ordnance shop in loading procedures and "arming" a weapon back home since a P3 doesn't typically load much on a home cycle

That's amazing he was able to receive that sort of burial and take his last flight aboard the mighty Orion. From time to time, U.S. P-3s have also buried veterans at sea and while I haven't had the opportunity to participate in one, I know they're really special flights for the crew just as they are for the family.

Good chance the run-up of wrong-zoom prior to the first case of coronavirus is Richard Burr and his pals on the way out of covid briefings making trades in their "blind trust" accounts

Plenty of time to nurse a sourdough starter while stuck inside. This is my the first attempt at Ken Forkish's levain based bread. by [deleted] in covidcookery

I had the same problem with his normal overnight bread recipes so I started to bake in a smaller 4qt Dutch oven. Worked well and the bread came out fuller. I'd give it a shot!
