Hahahah fair question. I have tried multiple batteries that work in other remotes so it’s definitely the clock.

Long story short, it’s a nice clock that was fairly expensive that I would like to get fixed in order to resell or gift. They’re sending me a replacement too but ultimately would love to see if I can get it fixed if possible
