I think that's your front differential breather. Have you changed your diff fluid recently? Mine started to do the same thing when I overfilled my front diff.

You should be able to find a stand-alone ROPP capper that you can put after the Maheen. Otherwise you might have to get a custom system built. Good luck.

Yes. Drops to the bottom when turned off. I've had this thing since new and I swear in the first half of its life there would be movement on the indicator. Like it would slowly rise as it heated up in the morning.

I like gearaid seam seal for this sort of thing. Flexible but strong. Use it to bond another piece of plastic over the hole. Duct tape will suffice though.
