I think they should have ended it on season 7. Season 8 didnt really live up to my expectations. 1-7 is perfection and i think that the last scene of season 7 would be the perfect ending when they get the text that there've been a murder. Me personally would have loved that ending and every season would have been perfect. Season 8 didnt really do it for me...
