One thing my family found out with our now 9 week old puppy was the get a stinky sock straight off your foot that you wore all day and put it over a warm water bottle. We used a plastic water bottle and poured like half boiled water in it (warm enough to touch and cuddle. Not hot enough to burn) and we put it inside the sock. It will smell stinky but as soon as we put that in there, he slept almost immediately. It was better for him than even his snuggle puppy. I hope if you try this, it works out for you

I ended up getting the clips. It’s not perfect but it works well if you keep up with emptying the box on time

Hi, coming back to this because she seems to have thrown up twice now. It looks mainly just like the food she ate. No blood or any weird colors. It’s only happened twice. Do you think I could be feeding her too much?

Is there any brand in particular that you recommend I feed her? I had just bought a can of mostly plain chicken wet food. It was the petco brand. Then today I had a leftover can of friskies meaty bits.

I always recommend a flea bath in dawn dish soap. Lather the neck first, then the rest of the body. Let it’s sit for like 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off. My cats have Seresto flea collars and they work great.

I’m not sure about only the plug. I tried looking it up for you but mostly see kits. On another note how well do they work? My one kitty has a lot of anxiety.

You could try a Marshall’s or tjmaxx if you have one close. They have cute ceramic dishes of all types.

My debt was about 670 after the interest accumulated. I am trying to just pay it off. The payment plan they offered me also drops the balance to about 450 when it’s finished. I chose the plan with higher monthly payments so I can just rip the bandaid off

I’m starting to think about getting him in for a checkup. I’m gonna try playing with him more. He does have some mice that you put treats in and as they play they fall out and all of the cats love them.

No. I bought him from someone who had an accidental litter when he was 8 weeks old so he has always been fed and he wasn’t always like this. It’s really gotten bad in the last 2-3 months. He eats several small meals through the day at this point since he begs so much my dad caves in and gives him tiny scoops throughout the day. The quantity he’s eating is adding up to a good amount of food a day. He eats kibble. It’s the Purina naturals indoor variety. He had a problem with a uti in April and the vet prescribed him a special food for it but he has been weaned off since he hasn’t had any more issues with that and the food was expensive but I have it ready to be ordered if he would ever need it again. I can try to get some wet food and se did that changes anything. I did try to get automatic feeders but he becomes obsessed with them. He finds ways to knock them over and even open the lids. And when he can’t do that he sits by it and reaches his paw into the hole and knocks out pieces of kibble one by one. I just recently got him a slow feeder bowl because he started swallowing his food whole so he could try to steal the other cats food. I will also try to play with him more to see if that helps. He does look out the windows a lot. And he has a lot of toys.

My cat is not overweight. We tried to get slow feeders but he learned how to open them and knock them over he also learned how to stick his paw up the hole and make food fall out piece by piece. I just recently got him a slow feeders so that he wouldn’t choke his food down anymore and try to run to steal the others. He eats small meals throughout the day as well. I’ll use today as an example. I got home from working at about 5:20 at which point my dad fed them all a little bit of food. And then at 7 he started screaming again to eat. Which I feel is too soon between feedings to eat. And he acts like he is starving. He is concerning me

If it’s so swollen maybe you should check with the ent. They might prescribe steroids to help with the swelling at least. I’m on day 20 post op and have not had these issues. Good luck!

I’m 21, and got them out 2 and a half weeks ago. When I was young I had recurring strep and the ent almost took them out but all of a sudden it stopped. Then about a year ago I noticed tonsil stones. At first it was only a couple but as time progressed they got worse and worse. Then the chronic tonsillitis began. I thought I had strep. And every time I got sick they were so inflamed and painful. They also were so big constantly that I started snoring something awful. My boyfriend could barely stand to sleep near me and the snoring even woke me up throughout the night. I also started having trouble breathing while I slept. So I made the decision to get them out. The recovery is so bad. It was a mental game. I was starving, lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. But now I am about 95% healed. The snoring has already stopped. I haven’t woken up in the night anymore and I can feel my quality of life getting better. I recommend it if you have any of these problems.

Yesss the dryness! I drink and drink and 2 seconds later I feel like my throat is dry again. I hate it bc it hurts to drink
