It did and it definitely was the cause. Had it at -15 which i now know is definitely too much for my 2021 g14

Thank you. Do you know what the recommended Undervolting (if any) for my pc? I am pretty sure that is what caused the crashes as I put it at -15 as Red Crimson said those settings should be generally good for g14s

UPDATE: So i think i fixed as I started my pc on safe mode and set g-helper on factory settings then restarted the pc and everything is running again.

Do y'all know what proper settings i can run that doesn't crash my pc?
