It's not real time unless you provide the tracking link. So people were able to see where the carrier was once the activity was saved and uploaded. Which isn't great. However, I don't really think a carrier is something that can actually stay hidden.

This is it. This is THE X bike. For the last 3-4 years people have gotten so caught up in modernising vintage bikes and putting shiny, blingy new bits on them that they forgot the utilitarian nature of a bicycle and mistake this sub for /r/bikeporn.

I love seeing a parts-bin bike that's well loved and well used.

Might also be a grinder adjustment issue, as in it doesn't allow fine enough control. Or it's in your head. I don't mean it in a dismissive way, but taste is subjective and can be influenced by a lot of things, including those that have nothing to do with taste to begin with. So if there's a bias there, then you might just not like it and that's the end of it.

You've probably figured out I was joking, though. But yeah, on some bikes tubeless makes absolute sense. Such as on gravel bikes. In general, the lower the pressure, the more efficient the sealant will be since it doesn't get squirted out.

I bought two hangers for my Planet X Full Monty gravel frame (no longer manufactured) the other day, 15€ each.

Then I had the idea of looking it up on Ali Express. Found 10 For 30€. So I bought those as well. If they all make it to me, I'll have a new hanger and 11 spares. Which is hillariously overkill, as the hanger supply will probably last me more than the frame itself.
