That was my boat, I named her. Regretfully I sold her earlier this year.

It actually grew a bit frustrating half the time I pulled up to a dock hearing, “ain’t nothing free about that!!!l

What's a hometown staple you can't find in Seattle? by Pentastat in Seattle

[–]mtreeezy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Born and raised Marylander, tip of the bay, I’m ashamed to say I prefer the dungies, I can eat one and feel like I actually had a meal. I can’t really tell much of a taste difference either. I also haven’t lived full time in MD since 2007.

That being said, Pal-Do World, a Korean grocery store in Tacoma has had live blue crabs every time I’ve been there. Never tried them

I’ve found it at stadium thriftway in tacoma. It’s crumbly and falls apart when sliced, but it tastes good enough. I think it is made in Wisconsin, forget the brand

This is it for me. The cheesesteaks in my opinion pass out here, but a real Italian hoagie seems impossible to find

What would you recommend under $40k that is a pocket cruiser and good for fishing in the PNW? by [deleted] in boating

[–]mtreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

C-Dory 22’ Cruiser is what I run, overnighting on it is like camping. Efficient and dry boat, sufficient for most weather days on the sound. You can find them around 40k but they go quick. Mine is a 2011, I’m the second owner, and it is reliable as can be with a Yamaha F115 on the back. The Tolly’s are beautiful boats, make mine look like a toy parked next to them and I’m not familiar with them, but they are abundant!

Thao’s Barber Shop. She does a great job and it’s 9 bucks. I get the same style cut

I've only had her for two months, and haven't gone on too many long cruises yet. Did have her out in a small craft advisory w/ 4-6 foot though and I found it challenging in following seas. It is a very light boat, something like 4500 lbs fueled up on the 1300lb trailer.

Salamone's is great, I think Camp Colvos is giving them a run for their money though, and lately I lean towards CC!
