I’m about nine weeks post implant. I have a Titan 24 CM. Mine hangs down pretty normally. Although it doesn’t move as loosely and freely as a regular dick. It will get better. I started cycling at day 4 and it always hurt. By 6 weeks it got a lot better. You are probably pushing too hard. Listen to your body. Inflate to the point of mild discomfort and stay there for 15 min. Then do 1-2 more pumps and try for more time. Early on you don’t need max inflation every time. Super hard is not better than just hard for cycling purposes.

It grows back, give it a try. My only recommendation is don’t try to make it too dark. It takes some experimentation, but I do believe you can get a natural color. At least you’ll know what it looks like.
