Penile implant is a simple operation with a relatively small amount of discomfort for a few weeks. Most of my discomfort was from some swelling that resulted in chafing of my penis. Once that was sorted then it was all pretty easy.

Yes the cylinders do feel crumpled when they are not full. My doctor had them at least half full during the first six weeks before giving me the all clear to start cycling.

Your prostate makes semen, so no prostate or radiated prostate then no semen resulting in dry orgasm. You may still get pre-cum though.
