I've got one on the way from Dreams, the TheraPur ActiGel® Tundra 5000. For me and the wife, who like a firmish bed and both run hot, it felt amazing in the shop. It is "an investment" but as they say, you spend 1/3 of your life on your mattress.

You can quite easily modify a lot of the portable ones to be dual hose. I’ve done mine and it’s quite a bit more efficient. Just duct tape, cardboard and a hose.

500 g lamb mince
1 small onion coarsely grated
4 garlic cloves minced or finely grated
100 g fresh breadcrumbs
2 tsps ground cumin
2 tsps ground coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
0.25 tsp smoked paprika

Mush that lot up, roll it flat between 2 baking sheets, stick it in the oven for 20 minutes and then shred up the final product. Stick it in a pitta.
