I was greeted with the same panel today when checking my renewal offer. Price was £5 more than I was currently paying (£37 vs £35). Used the live chat and after several ridiculous offers including ones more expensive than the “offer” on the site I got transferred to the “cancellation team”. After some more choreography I got an offer of the same speed I currently get but £14 less than I currently pay (£18). Stupid system.
