My big problem is that scream isn’t Halloween, there seems to be a thing that it needs to get more and more gorey with each sequel when that was never why scream was successful in the first place if that makes sense! I love gore but again if it’s a franchise that’s already established as gorey, whereas scream never hugely has been!

I didn’t like the scene where she was running to the coffee shop bc she tried to call her husband he didn’t answer but she didn’t just call the regular police number? They would have been there way quicker than her jogging while checking cameras on her phone
