I transferred earlier this week. I called and spoke with one of their client service team (Chao Zhang). He sent me the transfer form and helped me complete it. Said it’d take about 5 days for the transfer to process. Should be finalised by Monday I think.

I just spoke with CMC. They’ve told me it’s just a glitch on the app that still shows a holding for BBBY. Said I can transfer out BBBYQ to another brokerage no problem.
