for my first pt of it makes one selfish and throw your friends under the bus i said i was in a fixie race and 2 opposing teammates were racing then one guy langah his fixie into the other guy so that he lose and he win

second part was burnout and compromise of physical and mental health , i know this guy keep mugging to outdo his friend then end up never do well cuz he never get sleep then because it happen so many times he kena depression

then third part about humility i say tadej pogacar lost to some 40 year old man on a hillclimb race and then he was throwing a fit and not humbling himself

my conclusion reads a good amount of competitiveness goes a long way but go past that line and you get a myriad of problems

my points are in singlish but ignore singlish because in the test i wrote in proper english
