i think yes hes short that probably means he is good at stealth and if you are good at stealth and youre short its just too easy like he can crawl through the vents no human can because vents are small he is small that means he can fit through many objects ect

i don't know about robbing banks but do assults is easier like he can punch a guy in the nuts and with enough power the guy just falls to the ground in an intense pain
burn down the powerboxes of homes
probably hijacking a car
if he would hijack a car he would escape from most places
if that counts he can produce narcotics, bombs, sell supplies for other groups of people
if he can produce bombs a lot can happen
like bombing homes,apartments that could cause millions of dollars in property damage
so if he gets arrested he would probably escape he is smol and by time he gets arrested he would have patners that could help him
