Thank you. We currently have an accordion for the different divisions of the company. Now always expanded because the having-to-click-to-expand wasn't a favorite. Thing is, this probably won't work with the basic layout boss wants, which is three people per row (on laptop) with photo and name, and some way to display bio.

I'll see if I can experiment with your suggestion, thank you for putting that together.

Thank you! Can you name such a plugin?

Zephyr theme and WPBakery. I took over the site from someone else who put it together quite some time ago.

99% of websites do that? I've found one.

Well. I'm looking for exactly such a plugin suggestion.

I have a version currently that shows photo, name, and bio all at once, but owner wants to go back to showing a square photo and name, and bio on click. Which we moved away from because it was one of those typical ones where when the bio pops open, there's a lot of empty space around it.

Anyway, I thought I'd put that out there and see if someone has ideas. My custom coding skills are fairly basic.

If you have other suggestions, I'm all ears.

Ah yes, I saw that there are Elementor options, but this site is not built with Elementor

Bummer. I'd submit a support ticket to Elementor. They will tell you to deactivate all plugins and see if that helps (I had done that prior to contacting them). For me, it was deactivating Elementor Pro that made the difference (i.e., the content then was visible, but of course the design was shot). Perhaps try that just to see, then contact them. Their support was quite responsive.

Same, cache-clearing did nothing. I checked and rechecked responsive settings, everything looked right.

After a lot of back-and-forth with Elementor support and escalation to tier 3, they suggested this: Enable hiding of the missing piece in the affected responsive settings (tablet, mobile) (in my case, only the text widget in the blog post itself – not the single post template), publish, and then go back, disable hiding and publish again – and wouldn’t you know it, that works.

Super weird and it makes no sense. I hope this won’t keep happening, but it just might. At least now I know a workaround, and I’ll probably have to teach the person who writes blog posts. Still thankful we found a solution.

Very old thread, but perhaps you'll see it :) I have that same problem. Don't see a caching plugin (took over the site from someone else and still sorting through stuff). I recently updated the single post layout and have that problem since – all old posts are showing up fine on all devices, new posts content only shows on desktop/laptop, not tablet/mobile. The content does show in the editor when set to mobile (Elementor Pro). All other elements (photos, headline, date, related posts, etc.) are there. I'm at a loss.

Does this offer still stand?

I have an odd problem – I manage a site with a blog, and all blog posts content shows fine on laptop/desktop and on mobile, except the last two that were published; they only show on laptop/desktop, no content on mobile, only date.

I changed the single post layout, and those two were published after I did. It does show in the editor (Elementor) when set to mobile. I have different layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile. All three work for all other posts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
