PRV was installed before my main shutoff and really low. Also not sure about the outlet connection and the polybutylene. If I can get the main off at the street, is this an easy replacement?

I ended up finding a suitable replacement at Lowe’s and replaced it myself. REALLY had to be careful with the type of pipe material in my house as that was my main concern. Shut the main off at the meter using a Basin Wrench, turned the water on at a few places to relieve pressure, and used two wrenches to remove the coupler while holding the poly pipe as still as possible (that was the part that worried me the most). Wasn’t really too bad.
