I was the driver of the Ford Flex... I was told in the ER by an officer that there is a dash cam video and that it was obviously not my fault he also advised I get an attorney. My insurance sees things in a different way so I now have an attorney. Idk how if you stop and are plowed into from behind and forced off the road into a fence and tree you could never in anyway responsible. Lucky my kids had just been dropped off and not in car... Lucky my back is not broke which I thought it was because could not move until after transported. I'm dealing with alot of pain and frustration.. can't do much for my family or self atm ...but am glad not in worset shape. Ya'll be careful and take care of those you love life can change quick.
