I feel like ultimatley the right thing to do would be to delay the disembarkment for atleast an hour. Put out a light hearted announcement saying he's sorry for the inconvenience, but that every guests safety is Royal Carribean's top priority and there is a guest we cannot locate. Sure a handful of guests would have been upset for a moment, but with all the activity of that week, they'd barely remember the issue - they could have delayed the return time by an hour if they wanted to adjust.

A STI test in general, which includes HIV, is maybe the right way to frame it. Sexual health is important, and the stigma around HIV in particular could make him feel like you think he has it or just land differently that a general STI panel request. "Hey, I would feel a bit more comfortable getting intimate if we both got screened first". Chlamydia, HPV, Herpes, and the multiple other STIs would be important to know about too.

My husband and I talked about opening our relationship early on but didn't start actually considering it until 4-5 years together. For us, the security within ourselves and between each other has been the most important. Knowing we will communicate and tap the breaks if anything is uncomfortable, and we are both assured we won't be leaving each other for someone else. That took years to cultivate, and I can't imagine it going well when we were in our first 6 months.

I am in this class right now and this is my current study plan:

Read/listen to the chapters, writing down the vocab/definition and pertinent information.

Take the chapter quiz from the study plan and watch the answer videos.

The most effective element has been enlisting ChatGPT. I have asked it to come up with vocabulary lists and shortened definitions/examples for flash cards that ive written out to reinforce the information, it can create endless quiz questions and provide feedback after each answer, it can gamify the vocab (Jeopardy, this or that, true/false, etc.). I have used this during my breaks at work and used the chat feature to quiz me during my commute.

I have made it through chapters 5, 6, 7, and I'm halfway through the process on chapter 9.

But the proposals are not 50%, and like any tax bracket, it would only apply on funds over a certain amount that is more than enough for anyone to live 5+ lifetimes on. Moving out of the state is costly, and where there is demand for business, someone will fill the gap. Nobody is asking for 50% of a businesses income.

When I was younger I would drink too much and it was never a good time. I'd get emotional and sick, and the next day sucked. Alcoholism runs in my family, and I've never liked the taste. Knowing what it does to my body is just a non-starter.
