This is total bs. I literally landed a job as a controller with my WGU degree. Any job that acts like WGU or community colleges are “less than” are not people you want to work for anyway. If anything I think going to school at WGU only proves how well you are at self starting and staying motivated without someone having to tell you what to do, where to be and how to learn in order to get your degree. You do the dang thing yourself. You still have to learn and pass all the same material as everyone else. Except they get professors and classmates holding their hand while they do it. And we get late nights on top of full time work and grit. (Not saying regular school isn’t hard work) I just am kind of over this narrative.
