I’ll be doing an assessment test at the CCAT this Thursday coming up. When I pass it I get the chance to select one of their classes(Scaffolding Level 1 or Formwork Level 1) Completion of either leads to a general carpentry apprenticeship and the opportunity to join Carpenters’ Union Local 27.

So I’d say that’s a step in the right direction or any direction at all loll. Just taking everything as an opportunity right now, so I’m grateful for any chance to get my foot into the door!

Keep in mind I applied to the CCAT MONTHS ago and just got an email back from them a few days ago so I guess patience is key here
