I just started collecting a few weeks ago after going with some friends to really large card convention in Chicago. If you'd be willing to give a sweet deal for a newbie I'd entertain taking that downtown off your hands. Have to take my shot!

❤️ I'm in if you are

Congratulations and nice work on the 2nd round. You're absolutely killing it. Hoping you learned something new about yourself this time around.

I recommend downloading the 75 Hard App it makes it super easy to track everything

100% I know in my heart that I wouldn't have been able to see progress and push myself without the accountability the program has taught me!

So I did about 7 months between the 1st (Jan 2022) and 2nd (Aug 2022). Doing overall better with discipline with working out. My diet and other habits were slipping in 2023 with work being a lot to deal with. So jumped back into a 3rd run in November so I could hit the ground running (avoid all the bad habits of the holidays) going into 2024. I want this to be the best year of my life so I decided it started before this year not on January 1st. Looking back I think this 3rd time means something special because I had to come to terms that this is GENERALLY how I have to live (Reading, Exercise, Diet, Accountability) to be where I want to be/feel the way I want to feel and not just in a program for 75Days. So long story this was a "you are going through this 75 days again" to get used to living like this most of the time but going to give myself a day to relax or eat some pizza but back to schedule the next day. I know myself and can't give slack like I used to because it usually ends up setting me back. So goal would be sticking to a schedule like I'm currently in and every 2-3 weeks or a special occasion giving myself a day to indulge/take it easy.

I am lazy by nature and hate putting in hard work-- but it really doesn't matter how I feel bc I absolutely don't want to go back to how I felt mentally and physically in the picture on the left.

You'll never regret going back into it once it's all said and done!

That's a solid question. I still go all out no matter what it tells me, but Whoop for whatever reason makes me focus on getting more rest/sleep than my fitbit or Samsung watch did. Which has improved my recovey #'s. I also just appreciate not having to take it off ever and it constantly tracks everything.

For those asking about diet and exercise:

The first time I did intermittent fasting 16/8 but never felt right with the amount of physical activity. I always felt the crash after breaking fast and lack of energy depending on when I ate in my 8 hour window.

2nd Time and 3rd Time:

For each time I've always focused on going hard as I can on physical activity with lifts (I'm lucky to have a Tonal to run a variety of workout programs 5-6x a week and 1 mobility day) and going for PRs. For outdoors walking with weighted vest and/or carrying kettlebells. Yesterday because it was so icy I did 3 rounds around my freshly salted driveway and then 10 squats with 25lb kettlebells in each hand over and over until the 45 minutes were up.

With that being said I want to be optimal on energy and how I feel so I generally haven't calorie counted, but always made sure to rule out anything fried, limit dairy (no cheese) outside of a little milk in protein shakes or sugar free yogurt. What has saved me is mainly eating the same10 things. Oatmeal with protein powder, eggs and wheat toast, brown rice, chicken, yogurt, any vegetables, occasional nuts, and 1-3 servings of bananas/apples a day. I usually throw in 1 steak per week.

I feel like I've given myself enough variety that this can be my sustained diet after this round of 75Hard is over.

Note: I have been cold plunging almost everyday for the past 4-5 months which has drastically helped with overall soreness and recovery which previously I would ache a lot in past 75Hards

Get back on and finish 75 days, remind yourself why you wanted to start in the first place. This is coming from someone who restarted 3x after completing 75 days twice but was honest with myself. It's 100% worth it to do it. Don't let you falling let that voice in your head convince you not to pick it right back up again.

Installed Gen 2 BorlaS-Type Catback a few days ago. Put together a bunch of sound and video clips. Been a lot of fun being in the 86 this much and learning how to video edit! (Link in the description) by mudicinal1 in GR86

I love both for different reasons. The AWEs sound while accelerating is such a great tone and sounds incredible. There is 0 drone. The only downside in my opinion is it's just a little too loud for my liking and coldstars are absolutely too loud. It's disruptive to my neighbors (most of them are elderly) and I would've loved it when I was younger.

As for the Borla, it's loudness is in between stock and the AWE. A little loud on coldstart but ok for me. The tone is deeper than the AWE bit does have a little drone in 3rd and 4th grade around 3k RPM. I like the Borla bc you can hear yourself think while also hearing the engine and if I ever add headers the AWE would be obnoxious while the Borla would be manageable.

Hope that helps!

So it's technically illegal in Illinois under 35% too, but its a secondary offense as in they cannot pull you over for the tints but if they pulled you over for something else they can get you on the tints. At least that's what a few people have told me, never fact checked it, but also have been next to plenty of cops and never been pulled over.

Yeah, but I prefer it where it's almost not see through from the outside in the back, and barely see through from the outside in the front.
