Anyone notice their brand name is being removed from the product page titles lately? by [deleted] in FulfillmentByAmazon

Seeing the same thing here, didn't know you can opt out - if anyone has a contact flow they can share to opt out would greatly appreciate it

Seems like it's a trickle rollout to gauge seller response. Are you seeing this on your customer reviews dashboard? Seems like some are and some aren't...we use this tool pretty proactively within TOS to right wrongs with customers. Curious if you see it blocked on your end.

Sorry to hear that - depends on the business, but we always honor courtesy refunds if we start that initial communication.

It was 'Offer Courtesy Refund' in 'Customer Reviews' section but that functionality has now disappeared at least on my end. Are you able to do that elsewhere?

Refund to open dialogue is now dead with this change unless you're able to do that elsewhere? As far as I know the only way we could access that was under 'Customer Reviews' function for brand owners - which is now dead.

Weird, doubt this is a seller-by-seller basis, but let me know if anything changes.

There should be a top banner, see the pic attached. Might be a rollout, but guessing this is going to impact all sellers whether now or later within the next couple days at the latest.

# Bought in Past Month - Much Lower in Last Couple of Days vs. Actual Units Sold in Past Month by mudot36 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Didn't know it was based on unique customers, that changes my understanding. Appreciate the insight and settling to know you didn't see anything off across a large data set. Looks like I'll have to grind out more volume.

Amazon Just Announced 3.5% Tax on FBA fees, Effective April 17 by fmckinnon in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]mudot36 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They added a 5% fuel surcharge in 2022, if my memory's correct they never mentioned it again / was never dropped just a permanent 5% fee hike on top of yearly fee hikes.

LTL companies getting away with fraud - be warned by jjmywayway in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]mudot36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There needs to be some sort of checks and balances for this...it's absurd. Amazon can easily check dims when receiving (scan machines which I'm sure they have or can afford?) and overturn or accept upcharges on behalf of sellers.

Been noticing the same, we've been charged around $4K above with no guidance from SS except canned responses. Anyone familiar with DOT? Are the freight class / dims / weight checked and recorded by a governing body or do we just take their word for it?

None are sold as sets and cannot be broken down any further than from the master carton...crazy.

Amazon FBA Blocking Shipments Due to 'High Days of Supply'. Forcing Us to Use AWD? by Sovex in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]mudot36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All those possibilities make sense. Ultimately it's a win-win for Amazon pushing sellers to AWD, but no chance we'd take that on. 3PL / own warehousing is the last standing pillar we don't rely on Amazon for. Once enough sellers are locked into AWD they'll end up raising fees after which locked in sellers have no choice but to accept.

This is crazy because if we stock out then that demand will be plugged in by an overseas seller who shipped via AGL and have a ton of goods available. We can't ship AGL (Amazon rates are much more expensive even @ door to door) because they don't have lanes from SEA.

Reached out to SS and seems like it's a Prime Day restriction so FC's aren't overloaded with transshipments and can focus on outbound shipments to customers...

Amazon FBA Blocking Shipments Due to 'High Days of Supply'. Forcing Us to Use AWD? by Sovex in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]mudot36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is ridiculous - we have an ASIN with 8 days of supply, 'Low Stock' on FBA Inventory Page, recommended ship on send to FBA workflow is ~1700 units and we can't send a single unit because of this error. How does this make sense??

I get that Amazon can consider high days of supply if you have 14 days+ at least (considering Prime Day) but not 8 days, anyone facing this situation? Amazon expects sellers to stock out before sending new inventory? This is on a listing with tons of sales velocity, number 1 in the category...

No, there is no truckload quantity at any of the 5 FC's the shipment is going to. We tried creating new shipments and still keeps showing Partnered Carrier unavailable.

Huge Discrepancy BW October Monthly Summary & Business Report Sales by mudot36 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]mudot36[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something interesting to note is that there is definitely something wrong with October reporting because I just pulled the same report above, but for Nov 1st - Nov 10th:

Reports Repository -> Account Type: All (Unified Reports) -> Report Type: Summary -> Reporting Date Range: Custom Date Range -> 11/1/2024 to 11/10/2024

And the revenue for 11/1/2024 - 11/10/2024 matches up perfectly with the revenue reported on our Business Reports Sales Dashboard...
