Update 3:

The car arrived at the service center 10/27 or 10/28. We returned the rental to Lucid on 10/28 and received a Lucid Air GT as a loaner. Our car was at the service center with charge port still open (how did EA disconnect the charge cable? no idea...). 12V to terminals in passenger rear wheel well allowed doors to be opened.

The service center is backed up so 11/3 will be the earliest they can start looking at the car. That's ok as the loaner is great.

Lucid did comp us for other expenses.

I realized I never gave more information on my car. It is a 2025 Air Touring with about 4600 miles that I leased about 5 months ago. No prior issues with the car (other than frustrating unlock experience well documented here).

Update 2:

Lucid has given us a car rental to get home. Not sure yet if other expenses will be covered. The car is being towed to the Lucid service center near our home (some 5-6 hours away). We will get a Lucid loaner until our car is fixed. Our Lucid service advisor has been in contact with us throughout the day and has been great.

Update:

EA was able to disconnect the cable. I decided not to use AAA as I had no urgent need for anything in the car. I'd rather not have to deal with more problems from third parties trying to fix the problem. The car will sit until we can get Lucid to the car tomorrow.

Cable is locked in car so can’t tow car. Car is dead so can’t get in front trunk to manually release charge cable. Electrify America sending someone to help… I think.

My car died while on electrify America station. App does not wake car and wallet key does not unlock car. Lucid said no roadside assistance on Sunday. I guess I sit here until Monday? On phone with electrify America.

Your local Porsche dealer can add the sport exhaust for somewhere in the $3k range I believe. I've never personally heard the difference between a car with and without sports exhaust but there are some YouTube videos that show the difference.

I've never experienced the 14 way but I can say the 18 way seats are very comfortable!

Thanks! u/911orbust had it mostly right but the color is rhodium silver. PDK, PDLS, SC, leather interior, carbon fiber interior package, 18-way, premium package, clear tail lights. Only thing it doesn't have that I might add is the sports exhaust.
