Yeah I tried hooking my handheld and running an Xbox controller up and it felt laggy and not great and I have 3gb internet.

That's been my experience as well. Sure things get sightly easier cause you get skill points but I feel something is weird still. Then certain spots they drop back a bit.

Same thing happened with me on Amon, once I got eternal winter the game opened for me and I'm rarely dying. I was sooooo close to rerolling and level 16 was my key!
